Exam and Consult Types and Cost



A deposit equal to the cost of the exam or consult is required to schedule an appointment.
If you miss your appointment or reschedule with less than 24 hours this deposit is non-refundable.

A treatment plan and expected cost for additional services will be discussed and provided prior to care. Payment is due at time of service.
We accept cash, debit, or credit (Other than American Express). At this time we do NOT accept checks for payment.
